CrossFit

First off, what is CrossFit?

CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, meaning everyday is different so you never get bored.  All workouts are based on the core movements of life, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing and more.   Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter.  

What is a CrossFit Righteous class like?  

We are happy you asked!  

  1. All of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led and last 60 minutes in duration. You will be guided through a warm up, followed by movement instruction, demonstration, and correction prior to the start of the main workout. The Coach will always supervise and correct any faulty movement performed by you during the workout.
  2.  Every person in class understands the workout, what equipment is needed, where that equipment is located, and how to do all the movements in the workout.
  3. Every person in class is using the correct weight, proper technique, and is doing the best variation of the workout to get themselves closer to their individual goals.
  4. Every person is having fun: Great people, good music, and mediocre jokes!
