Nina and Jared Jordan take the huge leap across the boundary between fit people and unfit people by welcoming those of us who have no experience with working out, are obese, and have health issues that your average gym would avoid. These two coaches scale their workouts so that anyone at any level of fitness can get started. These coaches meet me where I am and bring me forward, wherever I start. When I get stuck, they find a bridge exercise to help me get there or a new way of thinking to help me move forward. In other words, they coach me like I am Tiger Woods, needing a position shift here and a pep talk there. They handle every visceral excuse that I have to not get healthier. And they see through me when I am slacking and celebrate me when Iâm progressing.
